By creating an account on MSI Chatbot or connecting a Facebook Page to our service, you ("you", "the business") agree to these Terms.
MSI Chatbot is a hosted AI sales-assistant platform. Connected businesses can let an AI agent respond to messages on their Facebook Page, on Facebook Messenger, and on their own website via an embed widget; orders and payment receipts collected through that AI are forwarded to the business's admin dashboard.
You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business whose Facebook Page you connect. Keep your Facebook login credentials confidential and approve only the Pages you intend MSI to manage. MSI will not ask you to copy or send a Page access token. Notify us promptly if you suspect an account has been compromised.
You remain the merchant of record for any sales transacted through the AI on your Page. You are responsible for fulfilling orders, honoring quoted prices, accepting payments, and handling refunds, returns, and customer service inquiries that fall outside the AI's scope.
AI replies are generated from the knowledge base you provide and from prompts curated by Maverick Solutions Inc. While we strive for accurate, on-topic answers, AI output may occasionally be incorrect, outdated, or off-tone. You are responsible for the messages your Page sends through the service, and you should monitor conversations and update your knowledge base when issues arise.
Pricing is published on our website. Fees, where applicable, are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
You may disconnect Facebook and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that are subject to a chargeback or fraud investigation, or that abuse the service.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security incidents. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
